- Inspection on Delivery: We encourage you to inspect your product with the delivery agent present.
- Immediate Returns: If you notice a sizing issue, a defect, or simply decide not to accept the product, please return it immediately to the delivery agent.
- Post-Delivery Issues: If you discover a problem after the delivery is complete, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued only for products confirmed to be defective or in cases where a customer is genuinely unsatisfied after our team reviews the situation.
- Exchanges & Store Credit: In all other cases, including sizing issues reported after delivery, you will be offered an exchange for an item of equal value or store credit.
