ODZO Shipping Policy

Getting your art to you is our priority. We treat every package with the same care and intention that goes into creating our designs. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your wearable masterpiece.

Processing Time

Your order isn't just pulled off a shelf; it's prepared for you. Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier. Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a notification as soon as your package leaves our studio.

Shipping Options & Timelines

We offer two shipping speeds to match your needs. Choose the one that fits your schedule at checkout.

  • Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, we will send a second email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's journey from our hands to yours. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We believe in transparency—you will see the exact shipping cost before you finalize your payment.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. If international shipping is available for your region, options will appear at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, ODZO is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the address you provide. Please double-check your details before confirming your order. ODZO is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Courier Delays

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your goods, but sometimes delays happen. Weather, high volume, or operational issues within the courier network are outside of our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we promise to support you if significant delays occur.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you don't have your package, or if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Check the surroundings: Couriers sometimes hide packages to keep them safe.
  2. Inspect immediately: If the package is visibly damaged upon arrival, take photos before opening it.
  3. Contact us: If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
